  • 3M's Light Deburring Wheels are designed for removing burrs and polishing at the same time
  • Blends and polishes; excellent for both fine deburring and polishing operations
  • Will not load up like grinding wheel
  • 6" x 1" x 1" center bore hole
  • Use 6" wheels on a bench grinder
  • Includes universal-fit step reducer (3MR-1STP):  Reduces 1" arbor holes for use with 1/2" - 5/8" - 3/4" bench grinder arbors.

Deburring

If you are building an aluminum airplane this is not optional. Yes it’s expensive, but if you treat it properly (only aluminum). It will last for about 1.5-2 average airplane builds. This is The go to deburing tool for Tango Flight builds.

Essential Tool!

Wow! I love these discs. You get perfectly polished edges to your aluminum parts with very little work compared to other methods. FYI, I'd worn my 2nd disc down to about 1/4 it's new size by the time my airframe was done. These are no longer cheap but are well worth it.

Should be added to the kit!

I really like this wheel. I first use the medium then follow up with a pass on this wheel and you’re good to go! It doesn’t help with the hard to reach places but it is fantastic for most. Big time time saver.
