Return and Refund Policy
Returns/Exchanges:
- We stand behind the products that we sell. If you find an item to be defective, we will replace it.
- If an item turns out to be something different than you expected, we will take it back (this isn't possible with consumables like 3M).
- Please contact us to return or exchange a product. We will ask that you ship it back to our warehouse with your name on the package and your contact information in the package.
Refund:
- Once we have received the item for return to our warehouse, we will submit the refund to the card that was used in the original purchase.
- This is the same process if you are exchanging a product for a lower priced item.
