  • 1/2" dia. flush set with slim DELRIN spring tension sleeve
  • Used for setting flush rivets from the back side
  • Tension sleeve safely holds both layers of aluminum tightly together while riveting
  • Length of 12" originally designed to backrivet top skins of wings with our BB46 bar
  • Hardened tool steel shaft
  • Available in 3.5" length (RSB-35)
  • Can be used in the C-Frame OR to rivet wing skins

Back-Rivet Set Works Like a Charm to Set Big Rivets

Unlike the Avery back-rivet set (which I also have and use), the Cleaveland set fits into the C-frame tool. Used like that with a rivet gun, I was able to set perfect big (5/16”) rivets into thin aluminum ribs. Very happy with the result.

Almost like cheating

Using this with the C-frame easily produces awesome universal rivets. Practically locks the work in alignment. Great for the #30 (1/8) rivets.
